logline:
When young, stone mason Iris becomes smitten with Violet, a mage on the run from a religious dictatorship, Iris will be forced to undergo magical destiny and face a series of Herculean tasks in order to save the world.
The fate of a martyr
Iris is the daughter of a stone mason whose the daughter of a stone mason and so on and so forth. Building community and forging bonds is all Iris has known until she discovers the King of Gods has, against all odds, chosen Iris to be her champion to protect the world from a great evil.
However, there’s a catch to using this ancient power…
It’s a death sentence.
Now Iris will have to find a way to save the world without also having to give up her own young life.
